Stockholm Industry believes in the importance of human connections as these make up the foundation of our film community. Connections that are based on diversity, inclusivity and mutual respect. Everyone attending Stockholm Industry (participants, experts and staff) sign and agree to the CODE OF CONDUCT when working, attending, or volunteering, and have the responsibility to ensure that the industry events are safe and inclusive environments.
Violating the agreement comes with conseuences listed below.
Hurtful language, discrimination, harassment and bullying based on one’s identity (whether race, gender, ethnicity, religion, background, sexuality, socio-economic class, disability or age) are not tolerated.
Entry to film screenings is not guaranteed without a valid ticket. All Industry guests (including Industry+) are welcome to attend, subject to seat availability. Admission will be granted by the cinema staff once all ticketed guests have been seated.
Industry+ have access to red carpet screenings. Industry and Student pass does not grant you access to red carpet screenings.
Use inclusive language that respects and acknowledges the diversity of our community. Act with integrity and honesty in all dealings by respecting everyone’s physical and emotional boundaries.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, and treat people with kindness.

Expressing violence, hatred or discrimination towards an attendee, participant, expert, or staff on the grounds of their race, gender, ethnicity, religion, background, sexuality, socio-economic class, disability or age.
Insults, jokes, defamation and threats against an attendee, participant, expert, or staff on the grounds of their race, gender, ethnicity, religion, background, sexuality, socio-economic class, disability or age.
Interacting with someone against their physical and/or emotional boundaries is a violation of the conduct.
Any Stockholm Industry event attendee not respecting the code of conduct can be subject to the internal evaluation process that includes measures such as warnings and/or terminations.
Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including legal action, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
If Stockholm Industry receives information that a guest has violated the Code of Conduct, the terminated pass will be blacklisted and access to all Industry events will be revoked. No refund will be issued.
