The age limit to become accredited and to attend the event is 18 years. When purchasing a reduced accreditation, please be prepared to show a valid student or related certificate.
If you have bought the wrong accreditation, or are simply prevented from attending, the tickets can be handed over to someone else.
Other complaints must be notified within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds are not valid on any of our accreditations.
Accreditation passes is personal and can not be passed on to others.

Stockholm Industry cares about your privacy and therefore wants you to feel safe with how we handle and store your personal data.
In order for you as an Industry accredited and buyer to receive the best possible offers and relevant information, we need to save your personal data.

When you buy tickets, get accredited, apply for a job or register as a volunteer, Stockholm Industry may store your personal data. This may include your name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address and card details.
Stockholm Industry never collects any data beyond those mentioned above. No sensitive personal data such as religious beliefs, political convictions, sexuality, etc. are collected or stored.
Stockholm Industry stores your personal data securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Only persons who need to handle personal data have access to the collected information.
Stockholm Industry never sells personal data to third parties.
The purpose of collecting your personal data is to be able to offer you as a ticket buyer and industry accredited better support and service and to contact you with relevant information.
You always have the right to request the information we have collected about you and to see how we handle it.
You can always have your personal data corrected.
You have the right to request that all data about you be deleted.
